Our staff will speak with you about your organization to assess its strengths and weaknesses in regards to your lay and staff leadership, interaction and communication style, transparency of actions, and organization of your daily and long term efforts to meet your goals and objectives.
An overall assessment with recommendations as to organizational needs will be outlined. Based on the findings of the assessment, we can provide assistance towards:
- Board development – to increase exposure and levels of giving,
- Staff and lay training – on communication, effective work styles, and the dynamics of relationship,
- A six month to five year plan regarding benchmarks, programs, events, interactions and funding – to ensure you that your organization is primed to meet its needs effectively and efficiently.
